At Maximilian Equestrian, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that fits perfectly. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the equestrian apparel you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached, ensuring the gear is free from horse hair, dust, or signs of wear.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
